Connor was super excited for his first day of school. We dropped him off at the school. He took off from the car - "Bye!". Julie had to tell him to wait - she wanted to walk him to class. Connor stopped and let his parents walk him into the school yard - then he was off to the playground. We stuck around till the bell rang. Connor ran for his classroom - the first in line. I've never seen him so excited. He rode the bus home - another exciting experience. He is loving kindergarten and making new friends. He is already acting like a pro - getting on the bus, doing his homework. Of course his favorite part is recess. His favorite teacher is the "recess teacher" as he calls her because when he fell and scraped his knee she put a band-aid on it. Braden loves to walk with Connor to the bus stop in the morning and can't wait to see him come home.
